Designed specifically for new mothers, our programs focus on safe and effective exercises to rebuild core strength, improve flexibility, , strengthen the pelvic floor, and enhance overall fitness. Our supportive and encouraging environment ensures that every mom feels empowered on her fitness journey.
This membership gives you access to 1-on-1 personal training that is fully customized to fit your lifestyle, resources, and goals. I will work with you to personalize your plan on a weekly basis whether that's strictly strength work, cardio, sports training, or a combination. You will have access to me throughout the week via the chat feature. Subscribe monthly for less than you pay at most fitness studios (less than $50 a week), or commit to a 6-month or 1-year subscription at a discounted rate.

This is a one-time initial visit with our registered dietitian, Sara, to discuss your lifestyle, food intake, exercise, and how you can work together to reach your nutrition goals. Initial visits usually last 60-75 minutes. Upon completion of this initial visit, clients can choose to subscribe to follow-up nutrition counseling sessions with Sara where she will create a customized nutrition plan and meet with you monthly to discuss your progress.
