Preset Menus - Plant Based Diet

Crafted by our in-house dietitian, our preset menus include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and three snack options each day of the week for a month. Each menu comes with a shopping list, serving sizes, ingredients, prep directions, and notes.
Our menus are designed to target as many women as possible and are based on an 1,800 calorie daily intake. Please note, there are four options: vegetarian, plant-based, dairy-free, Mediterranean, and omnivore. Please choose the menu plan that fits your preferred diet.
